Ashridge House is a Gothic Revival mansion designed by James Wyatt, set within 5,000 acres of National Trust woodland on the Chiltern escarpment near Berkhamsted. Built between 1808 and 1820 for the seventh Earl of Bridgewater, its chapel, great hall and formal gardens create a wedding setting of considerable architectural drama. The surrounding woodland — ancient beech and oak — provides a natural grandeur that few venues can match.
Get Wed is based in Beaconsfield, just twenty-five minutes from Ashridge House — making us one of the closest chauffeur services to the venue. The 1989 Daimler DS420 Landaulette, with its fold-back Landaulette roof, is ideally suited to Ashridge's long woodland approach. Dennis and Tracey attend throughout, with Moët & Chandon champagne, ivory ribbon dressing, and full route planning included as standard.

The Daimler DS420 Landaulette is the last of the great British state limousines — hand-built in Coventry, used by royalty and heads of state, and produced in strictly limited numbers. Ours is presented in black over ivory, dressed in ivory ribbon, and carries the cherished registration G37 WED. The Landaulette roof folds back for open-air photography — a feature unique to this coachwork style and unavailable on any standard limousine.
